REBRANDING ADA COMMUNICATION

In the 2016/2017 season, on the occasion of the celebration of its 45th anniversary, the Alcorcón Sports Association bet on a rebranding of the brand. It went from having an obsolete logo to a new one, easily adaptable to all communications equipment, mainly adaptable to the digital world.

380amk, was able to join Morillas – a leading branding agency dedicated to the creation of logos and visual identities for companies – and the MARCA newspaper to position the logo as one of the most modern professional football in Spain. It served to give added value and reinforcement to possible criticism from the ADA’s most historic followers.

Now we tend to simplify the emblems to evolve graphically. There are not so many ornaments and filigrees. As stated in David Hernando’s article (marketing manager at 380amk): “Chromatic simplicity is sought and the use of more current elements with cleaner designs. It tends to use flat colors and without gradients”.
