NEW COMMERCIAL STRATEGY

We have built a commercial strategy by forming a new sponsorship structure and optimizing resources, adding the most important local companies to the club to contribute to its growth, such as ESIC Business School and La Finca Real Estate.

SPORTS AREA

We manage the sports area with the aim of implementing a powerful Academy structure with its own methodology, coaches training and links to the club, and thus with the work from the sports management, contribute to the attraction and retention of talent.

CSR

In the social area, we are working on the #CambiandoElFútbol initiative with the Iker Casillas Foundation, which seeks to raise awareness among the population about the capacity of soccer to be the driving force behind solidarity actions, collaborating with other entities such as the AECC and Cruz Roja.
